Machine was very clean at drop off, they even had reasonably priced commercial grade soap for it available for purchase. Tye cleaner was in very good condition and worked well. I called for an urgent delivery after using a professional carpet cleaning service (work wasnt done well) and the kind gentleman was able to deliver 7:30 pm same night (less than 2 hrs). He was pleasant and walked us through how to use the machine, we had a polish stain and the solution he gave us was able to remove the spot with no issues.
